Shipping: Free US shipping on orders $35 and over

Prints will be shipped flat with backing board and protective sleeve. Most U. S. orders will be shipped USPS or UPS.

Copyright: The artist retains all rights to artwork. This artwork may not be reproduced without permission.

Handcrafted: Most items are handmade/ printed in house. Please allow for small variations in print color and size. The colors in the original piece may vary slightly due to your monitor's settings.

Package marked as delivered but not arrived: Look in unusual places, check with neighbors, wait a couple of days. Please contact us or the shipping provider if you need further assistance finding your package at ButterflyGingerLane@gmail.com.

Tracking: Small orders such as bookmarks and stickers will be shipped USPS first class mail and may not include a tracking number. Larger orders that have a tracking number will have been emailed to you.
